This STARFLEET Chapter proudly bears the distinguished name USS Veritas, a symbol of unwavering fidelity. This Latin word, meaning “Truth,” resonated profoundly as our chapter seeks ultimate truth, be it scientific or universal.

The USS Veritas is committed to being a vibrant and engaged chapter within STARFLEET: The International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “STARFLEET.”
Registry Number – NCC-74100
The registry number of the USS Veritas is recorded as NCC-74100, in accordance with the naming registry of STARFLEET chapters. The USS Veritas carries a full complement of shuttlecraft that also carry the NCC-74100 registry followed by their shuttle number. Shuttlecraft are utilized by the crew for away missions and events.

Section 01:03 – STARFLEET International
STARFLEET is all about delivering excellent service to its members. They aim to approach their interactions with humility and emotional intelligence, striving to create the ultimate Star Trek fan experience. STARFLEET stands out from other Star Trek groups by inspiring loyalty among its members and consistently surpassing their expectations.
Drawing inspiration from the Starfleet organization depicted in the Star Trek movies and TV series, SFI’s structure aligns with the exploratory and law enforcement aspects of the United Federation of Planets. Within the Star Trek universe, Starfleet serves as the exploratory service and many aspects of “our” STARFLEET organization are built upon this core concept.
As a not-for-profit corporation incorporated under North Carolina laws, STARFLEET holds 501(c)(7) status granted by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
While legally known as STARFLEET, The International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc., members commonly refer to the organization as “STARFLEET,” “SFI,” or “STARFLEET International.” Members are encouraged to use “STARFLEET” (all in capital letters) to maintain the corporate name and to clarify discussions about their organization, distinguishing it from the fictional Starfleet in Star Trek.
