In alignment with the design theme of the USS Veritas and the period of our service, we have chosen to introduce an optional standardized dress code for the Chapter. Commencing our ship’s mission in 2378, the year of the return of the USS Voyager to the Alpha Quadrant, members retain the freedom to wear any uniform of their preference. However, we encourage, though not mandatory, a unified look for significant events, as it has a more impactful effect.
The recommended uniform for the Crew of the USS Veritas during chapter outings and conferences is the DS9/First Contact Uniform, dating back to the early-2370s.

Command Designated Red:
Command officers include the Captain, Executive Officer, Yeoman, Helm, and Intelligence.
Command uniforms from the 22nd and 23rd-century era would be designated in a gold color (Enterprise, TOS, Strange New Worlds).
Operations Designated Gold:
Operations officers included Engineers, Security, Operations, Communications, and Tactical.
Operations uniforms from the 22nd and 23rd-century era would be designated in a red color (Enterprise, TOS, Strange New Worlds).
Science and Medical Designated Blue:
This division is the corps of members within STARFLEET who specialize in both scientific and medical research (including the ship’s counselor).
